By accessing and using Fight Club App (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We collect and use your data solely to operate the Service and provide you with the features you request. Your data is used for:

• Account creation and authentication
• Storing your gauge history and preferences
• Providing personalized reminders and notifications
• Service operation and improvement

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following trusted third-party service providers to operate and deliver the Service:

Supabase

Supabase is our database and authentication provider. Supabase provides:

• User authentication and account management
• Secure database storage for your gauge data
• Database, authentication, and storage services

Vercel

Vercel provides hosting and deployment infrastructure for the application. Vercel processes:

• Hosts and serves the application
• Request/response data for application delivery
• CDN and edge network services

Resend

Resend handles transactional email delivery for reminder notifications. Resend processes:

• Delivers transactional reminder emails
• Email addresses and email content for delivery
• Does not store or use email data for marketing purposes

All service providers (Supabase, Vercel, and Resend) are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. We have chosen these providers for their commitment to security and data protection.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by using our contact form or emailing support@fightclubmission.org.

Upon account deletion, all your personal data, gauge history, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
• Database-level access controls and encryption
• Regular security updates and monitoring

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

This application was inspired by Southland Christian Church's Fight Club ministry and their approach to tracking personal growth in key life areas. However, this application is independently created and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Southland Christian Church.

We acknowledge and thank Southland Christian Church for their inspiring work in men's ministry, but they bear no responsibility for this application or its content.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
